Of course, may cost around RM 100K atleast. But this is called home.Whistle

With 50% population in Malaysia still under 25 yearws old, property will still have a long way to go as great investment in Malaysia.

Home design is becoming more & more individualistic. even with little budget, home decoration can be very cozy & homely. lots of idea can be obtained from Oprah's show on ASTRO. eventualy, it is your taste & your home. A theme is important as it will bring out the character of your HOME.

Interior designing & interior decorators are becoming a profesional career. The best part is that u can have a nice design according to the budget u have. If u have RM30K, they can design too.. that is their role...we are in the lucky century.. more about getting the theme right. balinese, european, glass, chinese etc etc ... pick ONE theme only...your house will look expensive @ tasteful...that is what i have learned.. just sharing la..

elvina, for 30K it is only on design only or also covers renovation and the furniture? Based on my last visit to the Home Deco & Property Fair at Mid Valley last weekend, a simple waredrobe can cost up to RM 3999 already. The better can can go up to RM 5999.

looks like a very expensive design. dont know about RM30K or Rm60K, lately i come across ASTRO channel & also Oprah Channel, where it highlights tasteful design at reasonable price. it mentions about RM50-RM100 per sqr foot. usually, in restaurant, they invest around RM300/= per sqr ft.. so, i believe it depends on the size etc etc...is this what elvina is saying?

HI, today i went to Villa Manja Two Storey Twin Villa at Desa Park City. their show house design is really Beautiful! I love the Dining area! it is very grand. Their master bed room is really spacious and beautiful. There is a small waterfall outside the bath room, when you bath, you can hear the water flow sound. how relaxing.

You guys guess how much this house cost? lol Whistle

Joanne,
Can take pictures in showhouse??!!! Eh? How you did that?

I like all-white concept style of design, but it is not practical at all, too troublesome when come to maintainence. Anyway, it's for dream house... haha, just happen in my dream.

Call me fansu
