Why verify your account?
Because we are a FREE property portal allowing members and agents/negotiators to
post their property in our portal on their will, we want to make sure that the agencies
and agents registered in estate123.com are genuine.
By having your account verified, you can benefit from our website whereby your agency
and contact details will be displayed in our Agent Search section. In this way,
visitors are able to seek relevant assistance from you e.g. finding them the right
properties. When we receive account verification request from you, we will take relevant action to check
the validity of the agency. If an agency/agent is confirmed to be invalid,
we will remove the agency and deactivate the agent's account
immediately.
How do I verify my account?
Below are the simple steps that you need to take to verify your account. |

Step 1: For first time login, you will see a verify account section.
Click on the Verify Account button. If you do not see this section, it means that
you have signed up as a normal member instead of an agent. Please send an email
to nina@matrixbinary.com to request for an account change. |

Step 2: Once click on the button, another window will
pop-up on top of your current browser page. Please fill in your agency name, registration
number,contact person, contact number and email address. |

Step 3: After filling in the relevant details, click on the Submit
button. Our administrator will receive your submission and will take relevant action
to verify your account. |

I click on the Verify Account but nothing happen. |

If you do not receive the pop-up window when you click on the Verify Account link,
this means that your browser’s pop-up blocker might have blocked the pop-up. To
disable the pop-up only for this website, notice there is a yellow bar on top of
the page. Click on the yellow bar and choose “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site…”.
This way, the pop-up will appear. |
