Improved Dashboard for Better User Experience

The Estate123.com team is always looking to improve the user experience for our members to make it easy to use. We recently launched an enhanced version of our Dashboard to do just that. Simplifying the user experience. You would have notice that when you login to your account today. It’s our latest Dashboard 2.0.

When you launch Dashboard 2.0, you’ll be presented with a page where there will be a notice to remind you on what are the information that you should update and provide to make sure that your information is shown correctly in Estate123.com main page, especially if you are a property agent or negotiator. There is also a chart that shows the number of property posting that you posted in Estate123.com for the past 1 year.

Update Profile

Click on the Profile menu to update your profile. Make sure that you have verified your account when you first sign-up for an account. If you wish to change your email, you can still do so, but you will need to verify your email again if you do that. Every time that changes are made, click on the “Save Changes” button on the top right  of the page.

Tag to Agency

If you are a property agent or negotiator, check on the check box that says “I am a property agent/negotiator, register me under an agency”. You will need to provide your agency information as well as the E-Number and REN Tag No. if available. Make sure to give a short introduction about yourself so that it will  be presented on your profile page. It will become more useful when you use our Agent Profile QR Code because it’s something that your potential client will read about you when they scan your Agent Profile QR Code.

Change Password & Settings

If you need to change your password, go to the “Settings” tab to do so. You can change your password there. Not only that, you can also set preference if you wish to show your contact details when you post your property in Estate123.com.

Sending Enquiry

Sending Enquiry

As a buyer looking for property to buy or rent, you might be sending enquiry to the owner or property agent. Go to the “Enquiry” tab to view any enquiry that you submitted to an owner or agent. Make sure that you are logged in to Estate123.com in order to view your submitted enquiry. If you submitted an enquiry without logging in, you won’t be able to view this.

Property Listing

For an owner or property agent/negotiator that posted their property for sale or rent in Estate123.com, you can easily view and manage your posting on Dashboard 2.0. Some of the main point that we need to highlight on here;

  1. If you have more then 50 postings in Estate123.com, you can now easily filter them with the search function on the left panel.
  2. You can also set the number of posting to view on the page easily. Notice the “Legend” that is used to represent different status of your posting.
  3. We have also simplified the step for you to generate the QR Code for your property. Just click on the small QR Code icon located on the right end of the listing. Check out our previous posting on “Using QR Code for Property Listing” to understand why you need this.
  4. If you wish to change edit the posting, click on the “Paper/Pencil” icon for the listing that you wish to edit.
  5. The most important part of the Property Listing page is the button to allow you to create new property posting. Click on the “New Posting” button located on the top right of the page.
Leads Management

Now that you have posted your property  in Estate123.com, you will be receiving enquiry from potential clients that found your posting while browsing through Estate123.com. You will receive email or SMS notifications depending on the source of enquiry that the user selected. Login to Dashboard 2.0 and go to “Property Leads” menu to view the leads that you received. You can clearly see the New Unread leads and leads that you already viewed based on the status on the listings. Click on the “Unread” or “Read” button to expand and view the details of the leads. You can take action by updating the status of the leads for your own reference.

Generate E-Magazine

Finally, one of the best feature in Estate123.com, creating your own E-Magazine. Go to the “E-Magazine” menu and you will be presented with the page where there are criteria selections that you can choose for your E-Magazine. Please note that, the States and Types selections are available based on the property that you have posted in Estate123.com. If you do not have any posting, you won’t be able to use this feature.
