The memorandum:
All 11 MPs, including FT Minister Datuk Seri Zulhasnan Rafique, to be made members of the advisory board. The board acts as an advisor to the KL mayor. It meets every other month to discuss various issues from commercial to trade to social problems.
A secretariat to be set up at City Hall headquarters to allow the MPs to be active in the day-to-day operations of City Hall.
An assistant manager to be appointed for each constituency who will act as the liaison official between the MPs and the mayor.

Bandar Tun Razak MP Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, who is also Selangor Menteri Besar, said he hopes City Hall will look into their memorandum.
Among the other requests was one for a list of all failed and delayed projects in the city including Plaza Rakyat and Metropolitan Park in Kepong. The requestswere made by KepongMP Dr Tan Seng Giaw.
Titiwangsa MP Dr Lo' Lo' Ghazali said: 'I have raised several pressing issues such as corruption. I have asked the mayor to target zero corruption in the city within a time frame.
"This is because corruption has become synonymous with City Hall," she claimed.
Wangsa Maju MP Wee Choo Keong reminded the mayor that he was the CEO of the city, not part of a political body.
"He has the powers to request for financial allocations. And he doesn't need to wait for directives from the FT Ministry."
He also also hoped City Hall officials would respond to the MPs' letters within three working days.
