When completed by 2011, The Regent Residences Kuala Lumpur will be the only serviced
apartments in the city to boast an all-weather underground link to the Petronas
Twin Towers, KLCC Park, KL Convention Centre and Suria KLCC.
More than that, it is setting new benchmarks in mix hotel and serviced residences
development, bringing luxury to serviced living underlined by the Conran hallmark
and the Regent brand in the form of the new 236-room Regent Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
Part of a 40-storey tower, Regent Residences comprises 12 floors containing 115
units situated from the 25th level of the tower, which also houses the hotel that
is adjacent to the K Residence luxury condominium. The entire project sits atop
the Avenue K retail mall.
Developer KL Landmark Sdn Bhd's head of marketing and corporate communications Jennifer
Chow said that with Avenue K's existing underground connection to the KLCC LRT station
lobby, those who stay at Regent Residences can walk directly to the KL City Centre.
KL Landmark is engaging the award-winning United Kingdom-based Conran and Partners,
helmed by Sir Terence Conran, to design the residences' interiors.
"We aim to provide the Regent touch for the discerning traveller, and are also delighted
to be working with Sir Terence and his team to create signature homes with spacious
interiors and quiet elegance," said Chow.
Regent Residences' common facility area is located at the top two levels of the
tower. It will include a 27-metre wide skypool and uninterrupted skyline views of
the city.
Units come in layouts from studios to one-, twoand three-bedroom units and penthouses
with builtup areas from 548sq ft to 3,719sq ft.
Priced at an average of RM2,500psf, the units come partly furnished with a Bulthaup
fitted kitchen system and fully fitted bathrooms, Chow added.
