More than half of the booths for the Malaysia Property Expo(Mapex), to be held from
Mar 6 to Mar 8 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, have been snapped
up.
The first Klang Valley Mapex series for the year is being jointly organised by the
Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (Rehda) and its Wilayah Persekutuan
(KL) and Selangor branches.
"This venue has always been our first choice for a showcase on a scale such as what
we've always been organising. It's also convenient to visitors logistically, said
Rehda KL branch manager Soon Teck Giap, targeting over 20,000 visitors.
"So far, 24 developers and a financial institution have registered for 47 booths
out of the 86 available. Considering it's still early days, the interest in the
up-and-coming event looks good," he said.
Mapex showcases are recognised as the country's premier property fair and largest one-stop centre in bringing together a wide range of properties that are completed
or under construction as well as attractive financial packages for buyers and investors.
