| With the property price analysis tools you are able to find out the average price per square feet for property based on the location that you wish to analyze. Where the data actually come from? Basically, the data comes from all the property posting provided by members. |
| How it Works? |
| You will need to specify the criteria to get the average price. The criteria required is the Property Type, is for Sale or Rent, is the property furnished, the state and finally the area/location of the property. All fields with the asterisk is required. You may also specify the Property Name to get the average price for a specific property. |

After providing the required information, click on the Search button. The property postings that matches your criteria will be displayed below the search criteria section. Scroll down to view the details. You can click on the Property Name in order to view the details for the property. |
