How to send enquiry ?
When you are viewing information of a particular property and you are interested
with that property, you can send an enquiry by simply filling in a simple enquriy
form available in the website. To do so, follow this steps:
- Notice that there is a Owner/Agent Details section in the property
detail page. Click on then Enquiry button and it will bring you
to a form to fill in the details.
- Fill in the information required. If you already login to the website, your information
will be populated for you. Note: You may change the information there before submitting.
- The Owner/Agent of the property will contact you via email or mobile.
Who will get my enquiry ?
Your enquiry will be routed to the owner/agent of the property. They (owner/agent)
will receive notification informing them about the enquriy. They will then login
to estate123.com to see the details and then contact you.
Note: Make sure you provide a valid email/contact number s o that
the owner/agent are able to contact you.
What is "I'm Looking for" for?
There are chances that you are not able to find the property that you wanted or
you just don't want to waste too much of your time searching. This is where you
will submit a property request via the "I'm Looking for" link.
Note that you will need to signin to the website in order to create the property
request. This service is also FREE.
Once your property request is created, the following step will take place:
- Agent registered at estate123.com will be able to view your request.
- They will then contact you via email/phone call/sms.
- Arrangement for viewing, etc will be handled outside of the estate123.com website.
